Lovely to deal with them. They understood exactly what I was looking for, and the process was surprisingly easy. I had a door handle replaced with one that is easier to use, and the lock was also matched to the existing key. The people in the office, and the man who came out and did the work were friendly and professional.They were recommended to me by a friend. And now I would recommend them as well.

My car was almost broken into a few days ago. I had assumed the would-be burglars had broken 2 locks (boot and passenger side) and damaged the 3rd (driver side), as I could still unlock the car, but locking it again required excess wiggling - the worst kind. As it turns out, for the 2 locks that wouldn't work at all, it just needed a new transponder in the key itself, and as for the 'damaged' driver side lock, that just needed a key that wasn't 15 years old with the wear and tear to prove it. I was in and out in under 20 minutes; good price, efficient, and friendly service. 10/10 would have my car almost broken into again if I had these guys on call to fix me up afterwards!

Excellent service, friendly and they provide awesome advice. I needed a part replaced on my security door, which has to be ordered in. Jonah provided updates every step of the way. Can't go wrong if you need help from a locksmith.

These guys were great. They couldn't assist us with the car key shaft but put us straight onto someone who could - and it was just in the nick of time! They are helpful, polite and very knowledgeable. Great customer service.
